I know this because I’ve been where you are.

For over two decades, I thrived in a high-powered, male-dominated industry, building a career that looked impressive on the outside. I checked all the boxes - success, stability, respect. But deep down, I felt disconnected, exhausted and unseen. I told myself I should be grateful. I pushed harder. I ignored the voice inside whispering, "this isn’t it".

After having my second child, everything changed. I returned to work part-time, expecting balance, but instead, I felt like an outsider in my own career. The pressure was relentless. The stress was suffocating. I cried in the bathroom daily. Still, I stayed. Because leaving? That felt impossible.

I didn't know how to do anything else. Besides, shouldn't I have this all figured out by now?

The truth was, I didn’t. I was paralysed by fear. Fear of financial instability. Fear of making the wrong choice. Fear that I was somehow failing. So I kept pushing. Until my body forced me to stop.

​

I burned out. Completely. Bedridden and depleted, I had no choice but to finally listen to my exhaustion, my unhappiness, my unmet needs.

That breaking point became my turning point.

Through Woman-Centered Coaching, I unravelled the hidden beliefs that had kept me stuck - beliefs about success, worth and what was possible for me. I learned to reclaim my voice, rebuild my confidence, and take bold steps toward a life that felt meaningful again.
